Google celebrated the beginning of International Cricket Council’s World Cup 2019, which opens at the Oval in London today, with an animated doodle.
The World Cup, which takes place every four years, is one of the world’s leading, most viewed and most popular one-day cricket match.
The animated doodle, which you can see on the Google Home Page, shows an animation of a bowler throwing the ball at a batsman, who hits the ball, which is then caught by a fielder.
If you click on the doodle, you can also get the details of the matches, news related to it and a table maintaining the score of each team throughout the tournament.
