2017 Miss Universe in Las Vegas Sunday Nov 26,2017 - South Africa's Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters Wins Title

Miss Universe 2017 was the 66th Miss Universe pageant, held on 26 November 2017. The event was held in Las Vegas,USA

Contestants from 92 countries and territories participated in this year's pageant, surpassing the previous record of 89 contestants in 2011 and 2012

India was represented by Miss Diva Shraddha Shashidhar, who didn't make it to the list of top 15 finalists.  

 Iris Mittenaere of France crowned her successor South Africa's  Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters at the end of the event.
