Ford India on Friday March 11,2016 slashed prices of EcoSportby up to Rs 1.12 lakh, two days after Maruti Suzuki launched its compact SUV Vitara Brezza with price starting at Rs 6.99 lakh.
Applicable with immediate effect, the petrol variants of
the Ford EcoSport will be available from Rs 6.68 lakh onwards and the
diesel trims starting from Rs 7.28 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), Ford India
said in a statement
Ford India has cut the price of -
- base variant of petrol option of the vehicle by
over Rs 53,000 and is now priced at Rs 6.68 lakh, down from Rs 7.22 lakh
earlier
- top-end of petrol variant price has also been slashed by Rs 87,000 to Rs 9.45 lakh from earlier Rs 10.32 lakh.
- base variant of diesel option of the vehicle will be cheaper by Rs 1.12 lakh at Rs 7.28 lakh as against Rs 8.41 lakh earlier
- top-end model of the diesel option will see a price cut of Rs 1.12 lakh at Rs 9.75 lakh from Rs 10.87 lakh.
