Piyush Chawla added a new feather on the cap as he became the fourth bowler to pick up 100 wickets in the Indian Premier League after claiming two wickets during Kolkata Knight Riders' match against Delhi Daredevils on Monday April 20,2015,Piyush Chawla achieved this momentous feat.
Piyush Chawla bowled Shreyas Iyer and then had Yuvraj Singh stumped to help rein in the hosts to a sub-par score and tip the balance in KKR's favour.
Piyush Chawla followed the likes of Lasith Malinga(126 wickets), Amit Mishra(100 wickets), and Harbhajan Singh(100 wickets) to the landmark, becoming the third Indian spinner to achieve the distinction of taking 100 IPL wickets.
