Alastair
Cook and Jonathan Trott are the sixth English pair to score more than
100 runs together on 10 occasions, and the England captain is part of
three of them. They follow:

The 125-run stand between Alastair Cook and Jonathan Trott was England's
first century partnership for the first wicket in 40 innings. The last
one came at Dunedin in March 2013, between Cook and Nick Compton.
