The DSC Jaipur Literature Festival is an annual literary festival taking place in Jaipur,Rajastan,India since 2006 and is being held in January every year at the Diggi Palace Hotel, usually in the Hall of Audience and gardens of the Diggi Palace in the city centre, and celebrates excellence in Rajasthani, Indian and International writing.
The festival directors are the writers Namita Gokhale and William Dalrymple and is produced by Sanjoy Roy of Teamwork Productions.

The festival is to start formally at the Diggi Palace lawns with renowned Bengali writer Mahashweta Devi’s keynote address ‘Oh! To Live Again’
The five day long festival is to see ‘Buddha in Literature’ – a spiritual slant that is a huge attraction this time around.
