Former Nepal PM Sushil Koirala passes away uesday Feruary 09,2016

Nepal’s former Prime Minister Sushil Koirala, who was credited with promulgating the country’s new Constitution in September 2015 to complete a stalled peace process, died here early today after a bout of pneumonia.
