At least 13 people, including a three-year-old child, have been shot in a park in Chicago,USA

Julian Harris told that his three-year-old nephew was wounded in the cheek after "dread-locked" gang members opened fire at him and others.

Chicago police officer Amina Greer said 10 ambulances were needed to transport victims to nearby hospitals following the shooting at 22:00 local time (03:00 GMT)Thursday Sep 19,2013

Chicago Fire Department officials said the child was in a critical condition, as are two of the other victims.
