Celebrating Christmas along with millions of people across the world today, Google wished its users a 'Happy Holiday' with a series of Doodles on Tuesday December 25,2018
The logo of the search engine is decorated with various Christmas ornaments, and a decorated Xmas tree with gifts kept below it has replaced the alphabet 'L'.
When one moves the cursor of his or her mouse on the doodle, the animated logo mentions 'Happy Holidays'. There is also an elf resting on a rocking chair with a gift in his hand and also a Santa Claus on a chair with one leg resting on a gift.
In the North America, 'Happy holidays' is spoken or written on greetings during or before the Christmas and holiday season. The search engine released a series of doodles ahead of Christmas in the United States. While one showed a trio of elves flinging presents into Santa's sleigh as the reindeer awaited clearance for takeoff, the other showed Santa Claus dropping gifts down a chimney in a snowy suburban landscape.

Christmas, which falls on 25th of December every year, is celebrated as birth of Jesus Christ. On this day people all around the world decorate their houses with lights and Christmas trees. They have feasts, exchange gifts, bake plum cakes, sing carols and pray at church. Christmas is even more special for children, as they wait for Santa Claus to bring their gifts.
