India no longer borrows from the World Bank’s International Development Association(IDA) arm that gives highly concessional loans to poor countries, however, it still makes use of funds from WB’s International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) unit to fund schemes for rural roads, cheap LED lights, etc.
