The World's Most And Least Law Breaking Countries

Caught in the throes of economic collapse and with its government facing a crisis of legitimacy, Venezuela is the country where citizens are least likely to adhere to the law.

Since 2016, 34% of  countries saw their rule of law decline, 20% improved and 37% stayed the same, says a study that took into account various factors including constraints on government powers, absence of corruption and fundamental rights.
