Wearing a white bikini with an extreme plunging neckline with a sexy cage detail which shows off her ample assets, as well as a bodysuit, Mel's hard work is clearly paying off. 

Posing in a very sexy bodysuit, she said: 'I do four hours of exercise a week, but there's no routine to it'
