An exhibition celebrating Princess Diana's fashion legacy opened its door to the public this morning and already it is proving hugely popular.
Royal family fans could be seen joining huge lines as people queued to get a glimpse of the late Diana Spencer's style archive.
First to join the queue before the officially opening at Kensington Palace this morning were Royal fanatics Terry Hutt and John Loughrey.
Several visitors also laid photographic tributes to the princess on the gate to Kensington palace before joining the queue this afternoon.
Today marks the first day of the new exhibition which runs throughout 2017 giving the public unprecedented access into the wardrobe of the people's princess.
The long lines reached all the way from the entrance to beyond the gates of the royal residence
