Huawei's sub-brand Honor is all set to launch a budget smartphone in India, the Honor 5C.
The phone is expected to compete with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 and the Motorola Moto G
The company is all set to launch the phone on June 22, 2016
The phone is expected to be launched with a Kirin 650, 16nm chipset backed by 2GB RAM.
The HiSilicon Kirin 650 processor is 2GHz octa-core processor.
It's also expecetd to sport a 5.2-inhc FullHD display with a 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and 16GB of on-board storage.
The dual-SIM phone will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based Emotion UI out-of-the-box.
The Honor 5C will also be coming with a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
The Honor 5C will be a unibody smartphone with a non-removable 3,000 mAh battery.
The company plans to launch this phone in a price range of Rs 9,000-Rs 12,000 in India.
