Haryana govt sets up 3-member probe panel
Haryana government on Oct 19,2012 Friday formed a three-member committee, headed
by additional chief secretary Krishna Mohan to probe into the issues
raised by whistleblower IAS officer Ashok Khemka in the Shikohpur land
deal between DLF and Robert Vadra's company Sky Light Hospitality.
In a notification, the government said the panel will include
additional chief secretary (irrigation) K K Jalan and financial
commissioner principal secretary (excise and taxation) Rajan Gupta.
The
committee has been told to submit its report within 30 days.
"The
committee will also probe the cancellation of land mutation which Khemka
ordered on October 15," said chief secretary P K Chaudhery

Gandhi’s son-in-law Robert Vadra was on Oct 26,2012 Friday given a clean chit in
connection with his land deals with the reality major, the DLF group, by
a probe panel in Haryana.
