Walk Up the Stairs

Use the stairs instead of the lift.

Walk up the stairs as quickly as you can or slowly  take two stairs at a time to further strengthen your legs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stand Instead Of Sitting
