How the army question paper racket unraveled

The Thane police recently arrested 21 people allegedly involved in leaking a question paper for the recruitment of lower level posts in the army. 

The accused used Whatsapp to leak the paper which eventually led to the cancellation of the examination conducted by the Army Recruitment Board in some centers in Maharashtra and Goa.
