Niccolo Campriani won the closing Olympic shooting gold medal on Sunday Aug 14,2016 for his second title at the Rio Games and Italy's table-topping fourth.
Niccolo Campriani defended his London 2012 crown in the men's 50m Rifle 3 positions to add to his success in the 10m air rifle.
Niccolo Campriani ended on a score of 458.8 with Russian military officer Sergey Kamenskiy in silver on 458.5.
The bronze medal went to France's Alexis Raynaud who finished with a score of 448.4.
Italy's other golds at the Rio 2016 in Brazil came courtesy of Gabriele Rossetti in the men's skeet and Diana Bacosi in the women's skeet.
