Miley Cyrus's never been backwards in coming forwards and Miley Cyrus smoked a joint on stage and went topless in what appears to be her wildest show yet.

 

The 23-year-old pop star brought her Milky Milky Milk tour to Vancouver, for what is her only Canadian date for the penultimate date on her small tour.

 

And while the venue has a smoking ban, the wild singer didn't think twice about lighting up her hand rolled cigarette in front of all her fans
