Converting a public interest litigation (PIL) petition into suo motu proceedings,
the Madras High Court on Friday Dec 11,2015 directed the Tamil Nadu government to
inform the court on December 16 about the coordination in respect of
relief measures in flood-affected areas and the course of action to be
followed.
The first Bench comprising Chief Justice
S.K. Kaul and Justice Puspha Sathyanarayana also directed the government
to list the steps taken to rehabilitate the affected people.
