AB De Villiers has registered five hundreds in ODIs after coming in to bat after the 25th over. Virat Kohli has achieved the feat twice. No other batsman has registered more than one hundred after coming in to bat after the 25th over.

AB De Villiers is the first visiting batsman to register seven hundreds in ODIs on Indian soil. The four batsmen with 7 centuries or more on Indian soil being Sachin Tendulkar (20), Virat Kohli (10), Mahendra Singh Dhoni (7) and De Villiers (7)

AB De Villiers is averaging 70.31 in ODIs on Indian soil - his tally being 1125 in 20 innings, including seven hundreds and three fifties. He is the only batsman to have averaged 70-plus in ODIs in India (minimum 1000 runs)

AB De Villiers plundered 109 off just 61 balls, including 11 sixes and 3 fours, to join two other centurions - Quinton de Kock and Faf du Plessis - in a record-breaking innings that stopped at 438 for 4 at the end of 50 overs on Sunday in Mumbai
