 'The Apprentice'(UK Series Nine)began on BBC One from May 7,2013

This year's winner will be a woman, with Lord Sugar having to choose between Luisa Zissman and Leah Totten.

With just two candidates left battling it out for the £250,000 investment, the finalists receive a call telling them to travel to events venue One Marylebone

There they are met by Lord Sugar, who informs them that their final task is launch their businesses. They must come up with brands and launch campaigns before unveiling them at an event

The Final of the show was aired on July 17,2013 and the finalists were -Luisa Zissman and Leah Totten

Unlike past Apprentice finales where the finalists' teams were chosen via a draft, here the two finalists were allowed to call any of the candidates from this series and hire them to work in their teams
Luisa's plan was to set up a website intended to sell to members of the baking trade "Baker's Toolkit."
Leah intended to set up a chain of cosmetic surgeons "Niks"

Leah Totton(24) wins The Apprentice 2013 and receives a cash injection of £250,000 for her cosmetic procedures business as Lord Sugar's new business partner

 

Leah Totton,the Irish doctor, who works in London, was named winner of the 9th series of the BBC One Show and bagged £250,000 to build up her business finances. Totton triumphed over cake shop boss and friend Luisa Zissman to secure Lord Sugar as her new business partner
