Century on Test Debut

Lawrance Rowe of West Indies has the distinction of scoring most runs in debut test match. Lawrance Rowe scored 214 in first innings of that 1972 test match against New Zealand at Sabina Park,kingston , Jamaica and came back in second innings to score exactly 100 more unbeaten runs in second innings, to record a rare test debut with century in both innings


Only Yasir Hameed(Pakistan)Vs Bangladesh at Karachi in Aug 2003 by scoring 170 & 105 Runs equalled the record of Lawrence Rowe's century in each innings on Test Debut
