Natsag Udval (Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party)

The incumbent President Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj has been renominated by the Democratic Party and is also endorsed by the Civil Will-Green Party and the Mongolian National Democratic Party

The Opposition Mongolian People's Party has nominated Badmaanymbuugiin Bat-Erdene,a former Wrestling Champion

The Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party has nominated Natsag Udval, current Minister of Health and reportedly the first woman to seek the office 

President Tsakhia Elbegdorj of the ruling Democratic Party is expected to win a second term.Elbegdorj, a former journalist and leader of the peaceful revolution that ended Communist rule in 1990, is seen as the most friendly to foreign investors.

Elected president in 2009, he has also served as prime minister for two terms.
