Jasprit Bumrah joins exclusive Test club after his 5/7 Vs West Indies @ Antigua

Jasprit Bumrah registers stunning record, becomes first Asian bowler to achieve historic feat

Five wickets for seven runs and India demolished the hosts for a paltry 100.
Scorecard
India 297 & 343/7 decl (Ajinkya Rahane 102, Hanuma Vihari 93; Roston Chase 4-132) beat West Indies 222 & 100 (Jasprit Bumrah 5-7, Ishant Sharma 3-31) by 318 runs

With this sensational spell, the pacer joined an elite list of performers in Test cricket

In Test cricket history only 11 bowlers have the distinction of claiming a five or more wicket haul in an innings, and giving away 10 or less than 10 runs in the bargain. In this list, four bowlers are from Australia, two are from England, South Africa and West Indies. Bumrah is the sole India in the list.

The other bowlers are: George Lohmann, Gilligan, Bert Ironmonger, Ernie Toshack, May, Lawson, Michael Clarke, Vernon Philander, Dale Steyn, Kemar Roach.

Also Jasprit Bumrah  has four 5-wicket hauls and what makes this feat memorable is that all have come in four different tours so far - South Africa, England, Australia, and now the West Indies. He is the first India bowler, and also the first bowler from Asia to take a five-wicket haul in each of those four countries
