The first sale of the latest budget smartphone Xiaomi Redmi 4A will take place March 23, Thursday March 23,2017on Amazon.in and Mi.com at 12PM.
The Xiaomi Redmi 4A is priced at Rs 5,999 and has packed enough fire power to take on the sub-Rs 7,000 smartphone market. Amazon.in will be additionally offering 10 percent cashback on IndusInd Bank credit and debit cards.
The Xiaomi Redmi 4A sale is on first-come first-serve basis and no prior registrations are required.
However, you can expect the device to go out of stock within minutes.
Also, Xiaomi had announced that buyers can pre-order the Redmi 4A handset on Mi.com for the next sale if they are unable to book one for themselves on March 23.
The Reliance Jio compatible smartphone (VoLTE support) comes with a metal unibody design and runs an older Android Marshmallow-based MIUI 8 interface.
The Xiaomi Redmi 4A is powered by a 64-bit 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor along with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with support for a microSD card.
The smartphone offers a 13MP f/2.2 rear camera with LED Flash along with a 5MP front camera. Xiaomi, however, hasn’t provided a fingerprint sensor on the Redmi 4A and the device is backed by a 3,120mAh battery.
The device will be available in three colour options-- Dark Grey, Gold and Rose Gold.
