India: Virat Kohli, Murali Vijay, Gautam Gambhir, Cheteshwar Pujara, Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane, R Ashwin, Wriddhiman Saha (wk), Ravndra Jadeja, Amit Mishra, Umesh Yadav, Mohammed Shami, KL Rahul, Ishant Sharma, Hardik Pandya, Karun Nair and Jayant Yadav.
England: Alastair Cook (c), Haseeb Hameed, Joe Root, Ben Duckett, Moeen Ali, Ben Stokes, Jonny Bairstow (wk), Chris Woakes, Adil Rashid, Zafar Ansari, Stuart Broad, James Anderson, Gary Ballance, Gareth Batty, Jos Buttler, Steven Finn and Jake Ball.
K L Rahul, who suffered a hamstring injury during the first Test against New Zealand in Kanpur, made 76 in a Ranji Trophy match for Karnataka against Rajasthan and his return will boost a batting line-up which is missing Rohit Sharma down the order.
K L Rahul, who made his Test debut against Australia in 2014, has so far played nine matches and scored 562 runs including three hundreds
"The All India Senior Selection Committee has decided to add India batsman K.L. Rahul to the Indian squad ahead of the second Test of the Test Series - 2016 between India and England to be played at Vizag from November 17," the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) said in a statement.
England have a fit-again James Anderson in the squad.
England Captain Alastair Cook has returned to his masterful best becoming the first Englishman to get past 1000 Test runs in India en rout to his 130 in the second innings, while Root proved his consistency by laying the foundation in the first innings with his 124.
The famed Indian spinners did not dominate in Rajkot where the battle was won by the England troika of Moeen Ali, Zafar Ansari and leg-spinner Adil Rashid who returned with a match-haul of seven wickets.
Questions are being raised about Ravichandran Ashwin's ability to get wickets on a good track after finishing with underwhelming match figures of 3/230.
Despite the drawn result in the first Test @ Rajkot, four of England's batsmen got centuries and spinners had a larger share of 13 wickets
India won the toss and elected to bat
India have made two changes, bringing in opener K.L. Rahul in place of Gautam Gambhir, while Jayant Yadav will be making his debut in this match. He has replaced Amit Mishra.
For England, James Anderson returns in place of Chris Woakes, who has been left out as part of the rotating management of the quick bowlers.
