Two Air France Flights From USA to Paris Diverted after Bomb Threats Tuesday Nov 17,2015

Two Air France flights headed from the United States to Paris were diverted because of bomb threats

Both flights landed safely Tuesday night, and were searched and given the all-clear by Canadian and U.S. authorities.

The Boeing 777 that left Dulles International Airport outside Washington, D.C., Flight 55, was diverted to Halifax International Airport in Nova Scotia, which said 262 passengers and crew members had safely disembarked.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Halifax said on its Twitter feed that police dogs searched the plane for evidence of explosives, but no details were disclosed.

Air France Flight 55 from Washington's Dulles International Airport to Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris was diverted to an airport in Halifax, Nova Scotia -- also because of a called-in bomb threat
