In an astonishing and amazing feat, Luke Aikins on Sunday July 31,2016 become the first Skydiver in the world to successfully jump without a parachute in Simi Valley, California
The three skydivers who accompanied Aikins eventually deployed their own parachutes, but Aikins kept going without a chute until he landed in a giant net after about two minutes
Luke Aikins landed in a net in Simi Valley, California after leaping from a plane at 25,000 feet.
The net, the production crew members had set up, was about one-third the size of a football field and 20 stories high.
Aikins, a trained elite skydiver, fell for about two minutes and then flipped onto his back at the last second, landing perfectly in the 100-by-100-foot net at about 120 mph
