The company has already sent out media invites for its event on August 4 ,2016 in New Delhi.
While the company has not yet revealed as to what it has up its sleeve for the event, the media invite suggests the launch of TV sets at the event.
"The company will enter the TV market in India on August 4," said a company spokesperson, adding, "We will launch screens at the event". The spokesperson refused to shed more light on what kind of "screens" will be unveiled.
It is believed that the company will introduce its next-generation smart TVs - the Super 4 X50 and the Super 4 X50 Pro - in India next week. Both the models were first unveiled to the world back in April this year.
The new TV sets are expected to be first available on the company's own online retail store LeMall.
