Former England footballer Gary Linekar and his wife to divorce over 'different views on having children' Wednesday January 13,2016

 

Gary Lineker and his wife Danielle have filed for divorce because she fears he is too old to start a family with her

The couple wed in Ravello,Italy in 2009 after dating for two years.

It was Lineker's second marriage - he was divorced in 2006 from Michelle, the mother of his four sons, after 20 years - and Danielle's first.
Danielle, who uses her maiden name Bux in her Instagram and Twitter profiles, is a former Virgin Atlantic air stewardess who has become a successful lingerie model.

The former England footballer(55) and his 36-year-old wife have lived separate lives for almost a year and a formal decree nisi will bring their six-year marriage to an end on Wednesday January 13,2016

On Wednesday morning, Lineker confirmed the split on Twitter as he said he and Danielle "remain very close and the greatest of friends":

And Danielle also posted on the social networking site to say she would "cherish" her eight years with Lineker:
