India is finally taking forward the negotiations with Russia on stalled
mega projects to jointly develop a futuristic fifth-generation fighter
aircraft (FGFA) as well as upgrade its existing Sukhoi-30MKI jets into
'Super Sukhois' with advanced avionics and weapons
