Visas to enter the United States are not granted uniformly to
applicants. Cubans have the hardest time getting a B, or nonimmigrant,
visa for travel or business in the US, with only two of every 10
applications accepted. Here's a look at countries whose citizens get US
visas more easily and others, and which h face the most refusals.
