VM Ameo,the German carmaker's upcoming sub-compact sedan, will be launched in India on May 20,2016.
Volkswagen first showcased the Ameo in India in February 2016 and then put it up for display at the Auto Expo 2016.
Volkswagen Ameo has been especially created for the Indian market and will offer best-in-class safety features, build quality and a great driving experience.
Developed at the company's manufacturing facility in Chakan, Maharashtra, it features the highest percentage of localization in comparison to other Volkswagen cars retailed in the country.
