Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a special visitor at Coimbatore airport while he was out campaigning in Tamil Nadu on Friday May 06,2016
The 12-year-old visitor, a child prodigy named Sabari Venkat, is a class topper and a good orator who has won many competitions for chanting slokas from the Bhagavad Gita. He is greatly inspired by Swami Vivekananda and loves to dress up like him. People call him a child scholar - ask him tough questions, he is ready with an answer.
The child scholar with the big bright smile has 90% blindness in his left eye and total blindness in the right.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi was so impressed with Sabari that he later tweeted their picture together.
