This is the Church of the Savior on Blood - number seven on the list.

 It was built on the site where Emperor Alexander II was assassinated in March 1881, with funds donated by the Imperial family and thousands of private donors.

Its stunning architecture has made it one of the main tourist attractions in St. Petersburg.
