Preity Zinta files molestation case against former boyfriend Ness Wadia Thursday June 12,2014

Bollywood actress Preity Zinta has filed molestation case against her former boyfriend Ness Wadia.
Actor Preity Zinta has filed a police complaint against her former boyfriend and businessman Ness Wadia, alleging that on May 30,2014 he molested, abused and threatened her inside the Wankhede stadium in south Mumbai 

According to reports, the actress had filed the complaint with Mumbai Police on Thursday June 12,2014 around 12:10 pm.

Preity Zinta gave a written complaint following which a first information report or FIR was registered against Mr Wadia under Sections 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC)

Both co-owners of Kings XI Punjab, the actress and the Bombay Dyeing heir, started dating in 2005. They had separated in 2009.
