Head-to-head- Cameroon lost their first three matches against Brazil without scoring a goal, but they won the fourth - and most recent - meeting in the 2003 Confederations Cup with a Samuel Eto'o goal. Cameroon are the only African side to have beaten Brazil in a senior international match.
