Miss England

The Miss England competition is an annual beauty pageant targeted at young females aged 17–24 years living in England  who must hold a British Passport to enter the competition.

The contest  is organised each year by Angie Beasley,a winner of 25 beauty contests in the 1980s and has organised beauty pageants around the country on behalf of Miss World, including Miss UK, Mr UK, Miss England,Miss Scotland and Miss Wales

The Miss England competition is promoted to thousands of women around England in local media by a series of area heats held around the country

The winner of the Miss England competition, along with the winners of Miss Northern Ireland,Miss Scotland and Miss Wales can compete in Miss World

2013 Miss England 
Finalists of Miss England 2013 competition gather on Torre Abbey Sands, Torquay for a photo shoot where they are showing off their swimwear in preperation for the Beach Beauty competition, the winner of which will will go through to the top 15 finalists at the Miss England Finals to be held at the Torquay Riviera International conference on the 15th and 16th of June 2013 and stands a chance to be entered into Miss World 2013 inIndonesia.
