Only three England players have scored 7,000 runs in fewer innings than Joe Root's 158 (Wally Hammond - 131, Kevin Pietersen - 150, Alastair Cook - 151)
In the ongoing 2019 Ashes series, Joe Root bagged three ducks including two golden ducks. In this process, he became the first England skipper with three ducks in a Test series.
