Kate Hudson shows her gymnastics skills and her toned abs - in her new photoshoot for Self magazine

Kate Hudson flaunts her slender body by posing in a series of twists and bends for her new gymnastics-inspired photoshoot as she reveals her fitness philosophy is to always change up her routine and never be afraid to indulge.

 Ballet body: Kate, 36, showed off her taut and toned physique while bending herself into all manner of positions for the shoot
The 36-year-old, who covers the March 2016 issue of Self Magazine, looks radiant modeling a series of body-hugging leotards and swimsuits featuring dramatic cut-out that highlight her slender figure. However, unlike many actresses of her caliber, Kate insists that she is does not live a highly-regimented life. 
 Mixing it up: The blonde beauty said she is constantly changing up her fitness routine, which includes everything from running to Pilates  
Mental health: Kate said she journals and practices transcendental meditation and Kundalini yoga 
Balanced diet: Kate revealed that she will go out to eat and indulge at least once a week and not worry about it 
'If I want to go out and eat at a restaurant with amazing food, I’ll do that, like, once a week where I’m not thinking about it,' she told the magazine. 'I want to indulge! I want to do things that are not necessarily healthy sometimes.'
