The camera is shock-resistant, weather-sealed and resistant to dust and gives sharp and vivid pictures
The device comes with an on-board flash mounted at right on the top-front edge of the lens barrel, has a 16.5-megapixel APS-C sensor and a non-swappable, fixed focal length (23mm) lens.
23 mm focal length of lens is equivalent to 35mm focal length of other lenses due to the camera’s 1.5x crop factor.
The camera has a f/1.7 maximum aperture enabling it to shoot clear images in low-light conditions and produce life-like shallow depth-of-field shots. It shoots video in 1080p at 30fps.
The aluminum chassis is protected with no-slip thermoplastic rubber, and its 3-inch LCD monitor can be protected by a hard cover while you’re shooting underwater.
It will be available at Leica stores and with Leica dealers by the end of January at $2,950
