- Emirates' new A380 has two classes - business and economy - instead of three, as first class has been scrapped
- With no first class and fewer business class seats, the Dubai-based luxury carrier has added 130 seats in economy
- Passengers in economy will not lose any legroom as the seat pitch (the distance between seats) will not change
- With a smaller luxury cabin, the two-class A380 will carry 98 more passengers than the three-class plane
- Emirates' economy cabin was voted one of the best in the world, and features some of the largest in-flight screens
- Emirates,the luxury Gulf carrier has made room for 130 additional economy seats, or 13 rows with 10 seats in each, by scrapping the spacious first class cabin and trimming 18 flat-bed seats from business class
The luxury carrier's new two-class A380 carries nearly 100 more passengers than its largest three-class configured plane.
