Manju Warrior presented Manorama News Newsmaker of the Year 2014 award Monday Sep 21,2015

 

Actress Manju Warrier, who had won the Manorama News Newsmaker of the Year 2014 award, was presented with the award in Cochin on Monday Sep 21,2015

The award was given away by renowned Bollywood actress and social activist Shabana Azmi at a simple but grand function held at the Oman Hall in hotel Le Meridian.

Manju Warrier was adjudged winner through public voting organised by Manorama News channel in association with Muthoot Pappachan Group.
Speaking on the occasion Shabana Azmi said that it is time people fought unitedly for the freedom of expression.

Manju Warrier dedicated her award to womanhood.
