- England's previous highest aggregate number of runs scored in a five-match series was 1,399. They already have 1,425 with a game to spare.
- They have scored the runs at their highest rate ever at 7.68 runs an over. The next highest was 6.19 against India in 2011.
- The 699 runs scored between the sides in the fourth game at Nottingham was the most scored in an ODI in England.

Bairstow has been called up to England's squad ahead of the fifth
one-day international with New Zealand after Jos Buttler split the
webbing on his left hand in practice on Friday morning.
Less
than 24 hours before the Royal London Series decider, Buttler had to
leave practice at Emirates Durham to have protective bandage on the
wound.
Jonny Bairstow has only eight ODI caps to his
name, the last of which came against Ireland in the rain-abandoned
fixture last month, which was his first appearance in nearly three years
for England in the 50-over format.

hard-hitting 41 off 30 deliveries from Sam Billings helped England chase
