Sister Nirmala, Head of Mother Teresa's Charity, Dies at 81

Sister Nirmala, who succeeded Mother Teresa as the head of the Missionaries of Charity founded by the Nobel laureate, died this morning Tuesday June 23,2015.She was 81.

In a tweet, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said, "Saddened at the passing of Sister Nirmala who headed Missionaries of Charity after Mother Teresa. Kolkata and the world will miss her."
