The umpires went out to inspect at 1:40 pm local time and didn't take
long to rule out the possibility of any possibility of play in the

The forecast for the remaining three days isn't promising either with
a 42 % probability of moderate rainfall and showers on day
three, 48 % on day four and 87% chances of rain on the
fifth and final day.
This is the first time a Test is being played in Bangladesh
during the peak monsoon season. The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) have
