Huawei Announces Ascend Mate 2 4G Phablet that can charge other phones Monday Jan 06,2014

Huawei, China's largest cellphone manufacturer on Monday Jan 06,2014 launched the refreshed version of the Ascend Mate phablet at the 2014 CES called the Ascend Mate 2 4G  bearing the same 6.1-inch HD IPS+ LCD display, but with an upgraded chipset, more built in storage, and bigger front and rear cameras

The Huawei Ascend Mate 2 4G features are -

• 6.1-inch screen, making it more than twice as big as an iPhone 5

• features power saving technology that improves performance by more than 30% 

• 1.6GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor (MSM8928)

• Adreno 306 GPU 

• 2GB of RAM

• Huawei's Emotion UI 2.0 skinned on top of Android

• 13-megapixel autofocus HDR-capable f/2.0 rear camera 

• 5-megapixel f/2.4 front-facing camera

• 16GB of inbuilt storage 

• comes in two colours - Black and White.
