SpiceJet Announces Launch of Red-Eye Flight Services Thursday Oct 15,2015

 

SpiceJet on Thursday Oct 15,2015 announced the launch of red-eye flight services on its network, which the budget carrier would operate on the Delhi-Bangalore and Delhi-Nanded routes from November 2, 2015 making it only the third domestic carrier after  Jet Airways and IndiGo to offer such flights.

A red-eye flight departs late at night and arrives early morning. Because of their low fares, these flights are quite popular abroad, especially in the US and Europe

SpiceJet  has offered a starting fare of Rs 3,899 for the Delhi-Bangalore flight.On the Delhi-Bangalore sector, flight SG-149 will take off at 1.00 AM from Delhi and land at 3.40 AM and would operate four times per week
Similarly, flight SG-671 on the Delhi-Nanded sector will take off at 11.30 PM from Delhi and land in Nanded at 1.25 AM. This service would be operated twice a week
