2015 China Open - Sania Mirza(India)and Martina Hingis(Swiss)Wins Women's Double Title Saturday Oct 10,2015

 

Top women's doubles pair of Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis won their eighth title of the year 2015 as a team, with a 6-7 (9), 6-1, 10-8 victory over Chinese Taipean pair of Hao-Ching Chan and Yung-Jan Chan in the China Open final in Beijing,China on Saturday Oct 10,2015

The Indo-Swiss pair, the topmost team in the doubles circuit this year, needed 1 hour 41 minutes to claim the summit clash in the $4.7 million prize money tournament.

Note

This is the 8th title for the Mirza-Hingis pair in 2015, having already won the Indian Wells, Miami,  Charleston, Wimbledon, US Open, Guangzhou abd Wuhan titles

Sania Mirza reached the final of this event for the fourth time in a row. It was her second title here, after winning in 2013 with Zimbabwean Cara Black
